At least some well deserved days at home! As every year, I'm preparing my business objectives and what I want to achieve (or the objectives I want to reach) in 2007. Here are some plans I'm thinking about: I'm pretty sure that our management strategies - in KM or not - is lacking some good communication fundamentals, like a good marketing plans and nice communications tactics. I'll work on that within the coming months, beginning with reading a book by David Ogilvy, one of the brightest advertising genius we had.

I just read an excellent article in the Microsoft Architecture journal (n°8) about the data quality and why it was so crucial to have reliable systems when performing an online transaction.
